The upcoming ALL WHITE EDITORIAL is a style campaign that I contributed to as fashion stylist and it was such a fun process behind the scenes, that I’m sharing some pics of the photoshoot. Right now, personally and professionally, clean lines and simplicity but still with an added edge inspire me. So, when photographer Michael Sheller contacted me with a project in mind of an all white theme for an editorial shoot, I jumped on board. Michael has an eye for detail and wanted to create something that was impactful but not fussy. All white looks are anything but boring and this photoshoot shows you why.
Monochromatic colour themes always present the opportunity to play with textures, fabrics & patterns, as you can see from the results. Fabrics such as leather, lace, tulle & chiffon were used to create beautiful and edgy looks. Additionally, the stunning makeup and hair completed the ethereal feel of the campaign. Not just for editorials, monochrome looks also translate well for everyday outfits. This can be as seen in how to wear all white and this monochrome red outfit idea. Quite a lot of preperation goes into creating a final editorial story. But these behind the scene photos from the all white editorial, show just some of the beautiful creative process.
