The heat was on yesterday with me styling the first Ikosi Creations’ magazine cover and photoshoot. Not only the heat to create multiple ethnic looks to feature but with the weather was scorching hot too. If you’re headed to South London, you’ll love the magazine, created by the vintage and recycling shop Ikosi. They aim to raise awareness of the buzzing area. The magazine provides information about local events and news as well as fashion, beauty and health advice.
Inspired by the amazing concept I had to work with, I created 3 contemporary cultural looks for the photoshoot. Overall, I’m excited for the first edition and Ikosi magazine cover editorial to be published.
