This sheer floral blouse is a very easy piece to style because it’s black base colour makes it quite versatile. A wardrobe item’s value comes in how many times and ways you can style it. So when thinking of how to wear florals, it is best to keep in mind its prominent colours, the boldness of its print and whether it is more a trend or classic.
This outfit pairing the sheer print blouse with a ruffle skirt was a light selection for a relaxed day of shopping and lunch. Even though it’s mainly an all black look, it’s still has a bright quality to it. The floral print of the top and the ruffles of the skirt make it quite a cute and playful ensemble. The floral shirt was perfect for the days heat, as it’s light and sheer style meant it was airy. I would have loved it if the ruffles on the skirt went all the way around to make it fuller as it’s only the front detail.
