Knitwear is no longer old-fashioned, or just stuff your grandma makes and babies have to wear, it is versatile, always trendy and great to wear in green. Of course, knitwear looks great in many colours but for this look I’m again wearing shades of green but less formal. This look would be considered smart-casual, not all that formal but not too casual either. The outfit is simple and chic but the details in the green layering make it not so plain. Having the differing patterns of the knitwear jumper and the cropped cardigan adds amazing texture to the look styled with simple black denim.
When it comes to knitwear, texture and patterns are two of its great components that can make such a difference, like a bobble sleeve jumper. Not only is knitwear practical and warm but it can also be playful like saying yes to slogan knitwear. The yellow heels add an interesting pastel pop to the look & despite their bold colour, offer versatility to any wardrobe.
Be bold with knitwear, whether you like green or prefer black. Try slouchy options, belted options, longline versions and even the shirt jumper layered look. A key piece to any wardrobe, invest a quality knitwear that’ll provide you many style options through the seasons.
